Parental Responsibilities and Parental Rights Agreement
This agreement lets a father who does not have Parental Responsibilities and
Rights (PRRs) for a child and who was never married to the child's mother to get
PRRs for that child. To do so, the child's mother and father can complete this
form and then register it in a public register called The Books of Council and
Session. The pack is made up of the form itself and a folder with information
about the form and the consequences of registering it.
